Eden TX, Eden LX, and Eden SD Direct Sublimation.

Big Picture

Bordeaux Digital Printink has launched three new Eden-series inks. Its new Eden-TX latex-based inks for textiles are compatible with a wide variety of fabrics – natural, synthetic, and blended fabrics without pre-treatment – and with various printing devices. The Eden TX inks currently support these printheads: Epson DX-4, DX-5, DX-6, and DX-7, as well as the Ricoh Gen4 and other industrial printheads. Also new are Eden LX latex-based inks, designed for seamless conversion of solvent-based printers equipped with Epson DX printheads; compatible with a wide array of substrates including most solvent and water-designated substrates, the company reports. Both latex-based inks are available in CMYKcm (white ink soon to be released). Bordeaux’s Eden SD Direct Sublimation inks also receive their first showing; the fast-drying aqueous inks (CMYK) are designed to produce washable and color-fast images onto polyester fabrics.
