Cooping Up a Mini Cooper
Traffic-stopping display from Cieslok Media
In a drive to help bring creativity back into outdoor advertising, Toronto's Cieslok Media recently set up a caged Mini Cooper S on the sidewalks outside the 2003 Canadian Auto Show at the Toronto Metro Convention Centre.
Graphics on the 16-ft. long by 11-ft wide and 8-ft high cage read, "Please do not feed, tease, or annoy the Mini." The display was part of a four-week "station domination" campaign in Toronto's Union Station that also included racetrack-like floor graphics and station pillars disguised as traffic cones.
