HP has added the 64-in. Latex 370 to its line of latex printers. Designed for a variety of signage applications, the 370 accepts most traditional substrates, including textiles, and uses water-based, odorless inks that are permissible in sensitive indoor spaces, such as the healthcare industry. The 6-color, 1200-dpi machine prints up to 334 sq ft/hr of scratch-resistant images with no dry time, according to the company. Other features include 3-L ink cartridges, a media advance sensor, a touchscreen with access to an automated color management system, 3M MCS warranty, and remote monitoring with the HP Latex mobile app.
