Jupitermedia to Acquire Dynamic Graphics Group

Creatas, PictureQuest, Liquid Library, and others are part of the deal

Jupitermedia Corporation has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Dynamic Graphics Group, which comprises Creatas, PictureQuest, Liquid Library, and other stock-photo and related graphics brands.

"Acquiring Dynamic Graphics Group makes Jupitermedia the third largest company in the world in the field of selling and distributing stock photography, stock footage and other imagery," says Alan M. Meckler, chairman and CEO of Jupitermedia. "Dynamic Graphics' Creatas, PictureQuest, and Liquid Library brands are widely known worldwide and provide us with thriving sales operations in the United States, the U.K., Germany, and Australia." "

Dynamic Graphics Group, headquartered in Peoria, IL, distributes royalty-free content (photography, footage, illustration, typography, and other design tools) through its Creatas brand. Dynamic Graphics also includes: PictureQuest, an image resource with 500,000 royalty-free and rights-managed images; Liquid Library, its professional subscription images service; Dynamic Graphics Training, which offers workshops and seminars; and a publishing division that comprises Step Inside Design Magazine and others.
