‘Learning Experiences’ at Print 17
Hands-on labs, panels, speakers, and more at Chicago event.
NPES’ Print 17 conference for the print, publishing, and graphic communities is scheduled for September 10-14 in Chicago. The 2017 event, held every three years, features a new education session format that allows attendees to design their own “learning experience” through a variety of seminars, hands-on labs, the preshow Outlook 17 conference, panel discussions, exhibitor presentations, “Distinguished Leader” speakers, and “The Learning Experience Theater” presentations taking place on the show floor. Topics include increasing ROI, packaging, marketing, growth strategies, emerging technologies, and more.
The new “Distinguished Leader” speaker series will feature prominent industry influencers, including Tod Szewczyk, Leo Burnett’s VP and director of emerging technology and innovation, and Michael Chase, St. Joseph Communications chief marketing officer.
Additional sessions include “Bridging the Gap Between Prepress and Finishing: How to Maximise Your Finishing Automation Workflow,” “Digital Packaging – A New Market Opportunity for Commercial Printers,” “Making Print Stand Out – Value-Added Special Effects in Digital Print,” and more.
Print 17 will also host the inaugural “Celebrate Print!” party benefitting Family Rescue, an Illinois-based domestic violence agency, at the House of Blues Chicago.
