Oracal's Latest PVC Films
Includes removable 3-mil window and wall film
Oracal has introduced two new PVC films: OraJet 3628 Removable Wall and Window Graphic film and OraJet 3641 Intermediate Calendered PVC Digital media. Both are 3-mil white films that are compatible with solvent, mild-solvent, and UV-curable inks and available in 30-, 54-, and 60-in. rolls. Oracal recommends use of Oraguard 200 and 210 laminating films with both media.
OraJet Series 3628 Removable Wall and Window Graphic film is a soft calendered vinyl with a low-tack polyacrylate adhesive that allows the graphic to be easily removed after the initial installation. The matte-finished film is designed for short-term interior wall and window graphics (including murals) and is compatible with latex-painted surfaces.
OraJet Series 3641 Intermediate Calendered PVC Digital media is designed for short- to medium-term graphics, including promotional signage and other flat-surface applications. The white gloss vinyl offers a gray, water-based permanent adhesive for covering power and an outdoor durability of 4 yr.
Additionally, Oracal has introduced the 1-mil OraGuard 293 Ultraflexible Cast laminating film. Designed for indoor and outdoor protection of large-format graphics for up to 8-yr outdoors, this glossy film features a clear, solvent-based permanent adhesive and is recommended for vehicle wraps in combination with OraJet 3551, 3551RA or OraLite 5600 (the laminate can also be paired with OraJet 3951 and 3951RA, but care must be taken to avoid overstretching). Available in rolls from 30- to 60-in. wide.
