The Product of the Year Award will be presented in each of four categories:

Output Device Test Print Shoot Out – Open to any inkjet output device currently available for sale during the competition, entrants will be required to print and submit a test image created by the association. The image is designed to make output devices run through their paces by printing a number of challenging images and test patterns. Entrants will receive additional information to obtain the test image, as well as full information on shipping of the required print.

Only SGIA-member Expo exhibitors can enter the competition. Each product will be judged based on its perceived value to the specialty imaging community by a group of experts chosen by the association. Products submitted must be currently available in the market for 2012, and all entries must be received by October 5, 2012.

Judging for all categories will be held Wednesday, October 17, during the 2012 SGIA Expo in Las Vegas. All entries will remain on display throughout the 2012 SGIA Expo.
