Two New Magellan Canvases from Dietzgen

Simply Canvas and Holly Wood are water-resistant

Dietzgen has added to its Magellan wide-format product line, media designed for graphic and commercial art professionals. Simply Canvas and Holly Wood are both designed for use with dye- and pigment-based inks and have been tested for compatibility with Encad NovaJet Pro, Epson Stylus Pro, HP Designjet, Western Graphtec SignJet Pro, Mimaki JV2, Roland Hi-Fi Jet, Mutoh, and MacDermid ColorSpan printers.

"? Simply Canvas is a 19-mil singleweave, 360-gsm, water-resistant canvas. It is a 30/70 cotton/polyester blend with a non-glare finish. The stretchable canvas is designed for art reproduction and framing, as well as trade-show graphics, indoor photo-quality signs, and high-res applications. It accepts dye- and pigment-based inks and liquid laminates, and features a water-resistant coating for smudge-free handling and finishing.

"? Holly Wood is a 410-gsm, 22.3-mil, double weave 100% cotton canvas. It has a water-resistant coating for smudge-free handling and finishing; it is designed for use with fine-art reproduction and museum-grade prints. In addition, the 100% stretchable cotton can be laminated with liquid laminates and allows for easy framing. In addition, Dietzgen will begin offering Sihl color graphics products to the reprographics market.
