Will form core of new Professional Services business unit
The Amazys Group, whose holdings include GretagMacbeth, has signed a letter of intent to acquire Akron, OH-based Graphic Intelligence Agency (GIA), the color service and support company. Upon completion of the transaction, expected within the next 30 days, GIA will become the nucleus of a new Professional Services business unit for the company. GIA currently provides hotline support for GretagMacbeth products in the US.

"The Graphic Intelligence Agency and GretagMacbeth, in combination with our color-consultant community around the world, can best make this happen."
