Anderson America has introduced its Ajet hybrid UV digital printer. Capable of printing flexible and rigid substrates up to 5 x 10 ft., the 7-color (CMYKcm+w) Ajet boasts speeds up to 301 sq ft/hr and 720-dpi resolution. It can accommodate media up to 1.97-in. thick. Features include: an auto-tensioning and roll-feed takeup system; automatic head wiping; a printhead safety device to detect incorrect media height; a visually guided graphic user interface; UV light timer; and more.
