Printable fabric compatible with solvent, mild-solvent, and UV-curable printers.
Dickson Coatings has announced Brio--a printable fabric that is compatible with solvent, mild-solvent, and UV-curable printers. Comprised of polyester, the 350-gsm Brio is very strong and dimensionally stable. It is coated with Dickson Coatings’ Lowick System to protect the fabric from UV, humidity, and fading to allow the fabric to keep its appearance longer.
Brio can be used as a window dressing, wall covering, or display. The see-thru fabric does not require a backing media to print; instead, Dickson provides a special absorbent adhesive tape to apply to the printer that will soak up the excess ink that might pass through the thin fabric.
Available in widths from 54 to 124 in., Brio is a fire-retardant fabric that meets most worldwide standards.
