ColorGate updates ProductionServer4 software, standalone products, and expansion modules.
ColorGATE has updated its ProductionServer4 management software, its standalone products, and its expansion modules to version 4.41. Enhancements include:
* Complete compatibility with Windows Vista for greater flexibility with operating-system environments;
* Weaving modes in the printer drivers for Mutoh Spitfire, Mutoh Rockhopper III, and Mutoh Osprey for optimized print results;
* A driver for the integrated spectrophotometer in the HP Designjet Z-series for measurements with Profiler modules;
* Online help for Profiler modules to assist in creating ICC profiles directly from the application;
* Proofing applications under the latest Fogra 39/40 printing conditions;
* Full driver support for the Canon iPF series (8000/9000, 500/600/700) to efficiently create films using ColorGate FilmGate technology; and
* Integration option for Screen Print Proof in the expansion of the FilmGate module for creating screen and color-accurate digital proofs on suitable inkjet printers.
