Asian printers highlight, major trends roll on
Below is a partial list of printers introduced at the show that have not been previously covered in The Big Picture. Due to the sheer number of printers, we are providing only basic machine specifications, working from manufacturer interview information and product literature (many product specs are not yet available on websites). Some OEMs introduced printers, but specs were not available, and so are not listed. Maximum throughput speeds should be taken with a grain of salt, as images printed at these speeds may not qualify as saleable output.

The latest offering from Azero is a flatbed/rollfed printer handling media up to 4 in. thick. The 6-color printer offers CMYKcm and two white inks. The flatbed uses a vacuum table with a moveable carriage. Also offers an optional laser cutter. The UV-curable ink supports a full range of media including PVC, PE, copper, and steel.
