Companies such as 3M and Sericol have been involved with screen printers for decades and are developing products based on this knowledge. One newcomer to the market is American Ink Jet, which is using an inkjet-systems-engineering approach to developing UV-curable inks from scratch. For the graphics market, it has developed a low-viscosity ink that doesn't release VOCs when cured.
