Expand International, the manufacturer of portable marketing displays, has acquired the Winstand Group of companies, including Agman Group Hong Kong, Winstand of Sweden, and Winstand of America. The acquisition includes products, product-development projects, and intangible assets, such as design and technical patents.

"Winstand has a product philosophy that is similar to Expand's with focus on innovation, design, quality, and functionality. The new products and the product-development projects complement both our existing and future products. In addition, a talented group of people from Winstand will strengthen us within the design and product development area."
