Feature fire retardancy
Fisher Textiles has added two solvent
media to its coated solvent fabric line"?SI
8800 Firesafe 2 and SI 4418 FR. Both are
recommended for indoor use only and are
compatible with wide-format machines
using solvent inks, including Nur, Vutek,
Mutoh, Roland, and Mimaki printers.
SI 8800 Firesafe 2 is a 4-oz, 100%
flame-retardant polyester poplin that is
typically used trade-show exhibits, and
convention displays. 8800 has a luster
and a bit of sheen; and it passes the NFPA
701 small-scale test.
SI 4418 FR is a 5.25-oz, matte 100%
polyester fabric, which is fire-retardant,
wrinkle-resistant, and passes the NFPA
701 small-scale test. Applications include
