Glen Raven Inc. has announced the name for its new distribution division: Tri Vantage, LLC. The Tri Vantage identity and brand comprises The Astrup Company and John Boyle & Company, which Glen Raven acquired in May of 2007. The company has launched a new corporate website, www.trivantage.com, with an expanded online catalog. The new online purchasing system features more product detail, photos, color swatches, and real-time pricing, the company reports; users can make customized lists of products they purchase regularly as well as to keep a wish list of items for the future.

"Through this merger, we have been focused on continuing to help our customers grow their businesses, assuring them that we will keep pace with global resources and the ever-changing needs of their markets. Tri Vantage will employ more than 300 people within 19 offices and distribution centers across North America.
