New 16-in. vinyl contour cutter can be used stand-alone or as print-and-cut solution.
Graphics One has launched the GO MiniMax, a 16-in. desktop vinyl contour cutter. Designed to perform as a stand-alone cutter or as a full print-and-cut solution with OKI and Graphics One LED transfer printers, it features a steel cutting blade, an optical laser sensor system to detect registration marks, and a 3-meter media-tracking system for accurate contour cuts.
The MiniMax cuts up to 26-in. per second and uses up to 750g of cutting force. Maximum media width is 16-in.; maximum cutting width is 14-in. The unit is capable of cutting through a variety of materials, including heavy-duty substrates, the company reports.
Applications include T-shirt and apparel transfers, car decals, bumper stickers, vinyl lettering, promotional stickers, and more.
Price: $995, including GO FlexiStarter Cloud edition software; a desktop stand is optional.
