Ilford has introduced Galerie Gold Fibre Silk, a traditional baryta fiber-based media coated with a porous inkjet layer, which gives the look and feel of traditional baryta photo paper and allows for instant drying. Ideal for reproducing black-and-white images, the 310-gsm paper offers enhanced definition, extended tonal range, and excellent archival properties, reports the company. The paper is compatible with both pigment and dye-based inks. Available in sheets up to 17 x 22 in. and 17-, 24-, and 44-in. wide rolls.
