For fine-art protection

Gallery Street, an Atlanta-based printer that specializes in high-res fine-art giclee prints, has introduced its Masterpiece Giclee Glaze. The glaze is a liquid laminate that can be sprayed, brushed, rolled, or machine-applied. This specially formulated varnish provides both UV and abrasion protection for fine-art papers, canvas, and water-resistant media. It's compatible with pigment inks; the water-based finish is available in gloss and satin.

In addition, Gallery Street has recently launched its Masterpiece Giclee Prints--museum-quality reproductions of original art. These reproductions capture the original fine art using Cambo 4x5 camera with Rodenstock lenses and printed on a Mimaki JV3 or an Epson Stylus Pro 9600 using archival pigment inks and Breathing Color media.
