Entry-level flatbed features a compact footprint, variable-dot function, and more.
Mimaki has introduced the JFX200-2513, a UV LED printer that features a compact footprint (98 x 51 in. table size) and is billed as an entry-level flatbed.
The new printer features: a top speed of 269 sq ft/hr (162 sq ft/hr in Standard mode); choice of two inksets (CMYK and CMYK + white); variable-dot function (three different dot sizes simultaneously); resolutions up to 1200 dpi; clear-ink capabilities; and the ability to accommodate materials up to 2-in. thick.
Other features on the JFX200-2513 include: the Mimaki Advanced Pass System 2 to reduce banding; layout pins for exact positioning; a newly developed ink-supply unit for speedy replacement; RasterLink 6 software RIP; and more. The JFX200-2513 can be used with two different Mimaki inks: LUS-150, a flexible, quick-drying ink; or LH-100, a hard, high-color-density UV ink.
