Five-mil, cast vinyl joins company’s HX30000 Series.
Hexis has launched a cast vinyl with a carbon-fiber look for wrap applications.
Part of the company’s HX30000 Series, Carbon Cast is a multi-layered 5-mil cast-vinyl film with a carbon-fiber embossed pattern. It carries a solvent-based adhesive and a structured PE liner with Hex’Press technology that allows air egress during application.
The new film features high flexibility and conformability, and is designed for heavily curved surfaces such as full vehicle wraps, designer furniture, laptops, and cell phones.
Currently available in 54-in. rolls; 63-in. rolls will be available soon, Hexis reports. The company is promoting the new line with a dedicated mini-site: ilovehx.com.
