Photo-Tex is a Self-Adhesive Fabric Paper

(August 2004) posted on Mon Aug 30, 2004

For pigment-based aqueous, oil-based, and UV-curable printers

Photo-Tex is a new fabric paper that
resists water, wrinkles, and rips. Although
it's self-adhesive, it is repositionable and
removes without leaving a residue. It can
be used as banners, posters, signs, and
photos, both indoor and outside.

Photo-Tex does not have an inkjet-receptive
coating, but users can print on
it using pigment-based aqueous printers
such as the Hewlett-Packard Designjet,
Encad ProE, Epson NovaJet, and Roland
Hi-Fi printers, as well as the oil-based
Xerox Xpress/X2, solvent, and UV-curable
printers. Photo-Tex comes in sheets and
36- and 42-in. rolls. (Photo-Tex: www.phototexgroup.com)
