The machines also feature a media counter and new print modes, including Artistic Mode for precision printing at 1440 x 1440-dpi.

All V-series printers come standard with Roland's new VersaWorks software RIP. The RIP includes advanced color management tools, many layout/edit/print functions, the ability to preview jobs on screen, and two job queues for handling different print conditions.

Price: SC-545EX printer/cutter and SJ-645EX printer--$29,995; SJ-745EX printer--$32,995.
