Sericol has announced Color+ Digital Ink
for solvent-based, piezo drop-ondemand
wide and superwide rollfed
printers. Using pigments blended with
specialized solvents and Sericol Imaging's
Micro V dispersion technology,
Color+ inks stay in solution longer, eliminating
the need to shake or adjust viscosity
before use. Sericol reports that
Color+ produces brilliant colors with
maximum lightfastness and adheres to
a wide range of uncoated media, including
PVC, self-adhesive vinyl, mesh,
paper, and more.

The Color+ series has inks for a variety
of rollfed digital presses including
those from Oce, Mutoh, VUTEk, Scitex,
NUR, and Idanit. Applications include
billboards, banners, posters, P-O-P displays,
exhibit and backlit graphics,
wallscapes, and scaffolding covers. (Sericol:
