Media One delivers2-mil cast vinyl for aqueous-based inks.
Now aqueous printers can join in the mad-dash to wrap vehicles of all sorts. Media One has introduced its Fast Wrap, a 2-mil cast vinyl with air-release adhesive and coated for use with aqueous-based inks. The cast vinyl promotes consistent ink-dot size to optimize print color and quality, and aqueous inks show excellent drying and anchoring to the film, reports the company.
The white, semi-gloss media offers a permanent acrylic adhesive which can conform to irregular surfaces. When used with Media One's Fast Wrap 2-mil cast overlaminate, the pair offers a 3-yr warranty.
