Xitron has released vDot-3, a proofing plug-in that expands the company's Navigator proofing offerings to add support for Epson UltraChrome K3 printers with Vivid Magenta ink. The vDot-3 plug-in provides Navigator users:
* Direct support for Epson's newest proofing printers;
* Color control;
* ICC profiles for Xitron X1 TotalProof media;
* Advanced screening designed specifically for Epson printers; and
* 8-ink channel direct support for the Epson Stylus Pro 4880, 7880, and 9880 models.
The vDot-3 is a plug-in option for Windows-based Navigator RIP or Navigator GPS workflow version 7.0 and higher.
