Helps locate potential problems and produce error-free documents.
Zevrix Solutions has introduced InPreflight 1.5-a quality-control and preflighting solution for Adobe InDesign that allows users to quickly and easily locate potential problems and produce error-free documents.
InPreflight gives users extensive information about a document and allows them to quickly spot potential problems according to user-defined preflight settings. Within preflight settings, users can select various attributes to be flagged as problems, such as color mode, font type, image effective resolution, link status, and more. The product also reports information about several link attributes otherwise unavailable in InDesign, such as TIFF and EPS compression, fonts in native Illustrator files, existence of embedded fonts and resolution duotone images.
In addition, InPreflight users can: generate a detailed preflight report; open links in a default application and show in the InDesign document; detect and locate registration color used in text; and reveal links/fonts in the Finder and activate InDesign’s Package command directly from InPreflight. Users of the Xinet FullPress workflow have an option to automatically re-link images to high-res OPI volumes before preflight.
Price: $24.95. For use with Max OS X and higher and Adobe InDesign CS and CS2.
