I'm a print media specialist for a trade show display manufacturer. We print our graphics in-house on both polyfilm substrate and fabric. I use HP Z6100 printers and Wasatch RIP software.
Recently, I've noticed that the polyfilm panels for our mural graphics are printing at different lengths. The length varies about 1/16", and the variance is always consistent. In other words, one panel will measure 90", the next will measure 90 1/16", the next will measure 90" again. Does anyone have any idea why this might happen?
