Graphic Finishing Position

Impact Unlimited is a creative organization that provides a breadth of products and services that enable our clients to optimize their investments in events, exhibits and meetings.


This individual is responsible for the production and installation of all vinyl products as well as the mounting and lamination of all digital print products. It is important that he / she understands the methods/processes, tools/equipment, raw materials, products and scheduling required to achieve the desired results. This position requires a self motivating person with initiative and a desire to “get the job done”. This is an hourly union position and need to follow the rules of the collective bargaining unit for attendance and work ethics.


Day to day hand’s-on implementation of the Graphics Production finishing area including:
Vinyl creation and installation.
Overall quality.
Materials usage and accountability.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members and other who are not as familiar with the specific skills necessary to finish graphics products.
Monitor delivery time requirements and insure availability of product as scheduled either to shipping or installation.
Proactively seek new methods and/or approaches for improving:
The ease of implementation.
The overall quality of the services provided.
The look and feel of the production environment.
Monitor and insure compliance to company directives. (i.e. – adding materials to timesheets)
Maintain (or direct the maintenance) all production related equipment. Request and justify the addition of new tools as the need arises.
Position Requirements:

This person performs a critical service in the overall graphics production effort and must be able to make timely decisions in the finishing of the digital print products produced. The following list highlights some of the primary areas that he/she must be conversant with and is not intended as all-inclusive:

Specific knowledge of graphic finishing equipment, techniques and methodologies. This includes lamination, vinyl weeding and materials management.
General booth construction knowledge as it pertains to Impact methodologies.
First hand knowledge of good Shop practices to insure the overall safety of production employees.
An ability and willingness to interface/communicate at all levels of the organization.
A commitment to the overall quality of Graphics Production and associated areas.
