Tools and Supplies: EFI Vutek LX3 Pro, Plexiglas MC acrylic, Palight ProjectPVC, 3A Composites E-Panel, plywood, and a Kongsberg digital finishing machine

EclipseCorp in Gahanna, Ohio, renovated their own office with a “Pantone 2020” theme that featured Pantone’s Classic Blue 19-4052 color and striking images of Reebok shoes, makeup, wireless headphones, and other everyday items in a beautiful blue hue. The installation was completed by EclipseCorp’s in-house team utilizing cleats and printed templates. An EFI Vutek LX3 Pro printer was used to print onto Plexiglas MC acrylic, Palight ProjectPVC, 3A Composites E-Panel, and plywood. Many elements of the project were finished with a Kongsberg digital finishing machine to route pieces. 

The EclipseCorp team took on this project in their own building to showcase their versatility as a PSP. “This project showcases different graphic applications and highlights our photography and design skills,” says Jeff Burt, CEO, EclipseCorp. “We used several different substrates and techniques to try to show a variety of types of signage in a cohesive project.” 

The hardest aspect of this installation was bringing different elements together to become one. “Working with a wide variety of substrates, but having them come together cohesively, was the biggest challenge for this project,” says Burt. EclipseCorp used this project as a calling card for their brand, to show they value their work and are willing to invest back into the company. Now, when clients come to EclipseCorp, they can trust they’ll be receiving this same high-quality standard of work.
